New EMAIL Utility Eases The CompuServe-to-Exchange Migration

CS2Exchange(tm) Software has announced the release of CS2Exchange(tm) Version 1.02, a utility that converts your CompuServe® WinCIM and DOSCIM documents to the Microsoft® Exchange (a.k.a. Windows Messaging) format. Also supported is Microsoft Outlook 97, the new email program included with Office 97. When you move from CompuServe to Microsoft's email package, you'll be able to quickly convert your email archives, forum messages and threads, news stories and CompuServe articles to your Microsoft Exchange folders. Conversion is as simple as dragging and dropping your CompuServe files into the appropriate place in Exchange.

CS2Exchange will also import your WinCIM Address Book into the Microsoft Exchange Personal Address Book. CompuServe-style addresses (105145,445) are automatically changed to the Internet-style addresses (105145.445@compuserve.com). In minutes, you'll be able to open and reply to messages that you received on CompuServe months and even years earlier.
